The link bridge

The link bridge is located at the forward end of the Sea Launch Commander, starboard-side. It is a telescopic structure that provides a walkway between the vessels, to accommodate the work of personnel such as the photo-optics team. Link bridge operations are scheduled at periodic times at the launch site, before the rocket is erected on the launch pad.
