The NSS-8 satellite rolls out of the Payload Processing Facility, tested, fueled and encapsulated in a Payload Fairing.

On a specially designed remote-controlled transporter, the NSS-8 Payload Unit rolls toward the Sea Launch Commander, where it will be mated to the upper stage of a Zenit-3SL rocket in the large assembly hall of the ship.

The Payload Unit makes a turn in the parking lot to line it up with the ship's stern ramp.
