Transfer of Integrated Launch Vehicle from the Ship to the Launch Platform

On July 10, the Sea Launch team transferred the fully integrated Zenit-3SL vehicle from the Assembly and Command Ship to the Launch Platform.
The 200-foot vehicle was rolled out of the assembly plant, which runs the length of the ship, to a ramp at the stern of the vessel. Cables were attached and then the rocket was lifted up more than 150 feet to the hangar of the Launch Platform, where it is housed during the transit from Home Port to the launch site at the equator.
