From Landmark to Launch

My family moved to the United States when I was three years old. We had a goal to travel to all major landmarks within the States.

Even though we ended up only covering half of them, the one I remember most was when we visited the Johnson Space Center. I remember seeing the immense Saturn V rocket back before it was in a climate-controlled building. As a little girl, I was impressed this rocket carried humans to space, and I never would have believed I'd one day work on the space program designing the next-generation vehicle, Space Launch System.

I am proud to be part of the Boeing team supporting the program and will be making a trip to Florida to see its first launch!
