SpiceJet Celebrates 5 Years of Service

SpiceJet is India’s most preferred low fare airline — delivering the lowest fares with the highest value for its customers. SpiceJet celebrates 5 years of service on May 22, 2010. An all-Boeing 737 operator, SpiceJet operates 19 737-800s and 737-900ERs. SpiceJet chose this aircraft type, because they are ideally suited for short to medium-haul flights, and they offer the technology and infrastructure needed to ensure the highest standards in safety and operating efficiency. The multi-award winning SpiceJet recently unveiled an innovative outdoor campaign at Delhi Airport that was done in conjunction with Boeing. A two-ton 737-800 in SpiceJet’s livery is positioned prominently outside the terminal at Delhi International Airport. The intent of the installation was to “celebrate SpiceJet’s stature, its commitment to its customers, and its partnership with the world’s leading aircraft manufacturer.”

Spice Jet’s mission is to fulfill everyone’s dream of flying. They have done this for 5 years, and are poised to continue long into the future.
