Meet Soley Wilson, a team leader on the 787 Dreamliner program who installs interiors. Even after nearly a dozen years at Boeing, she says she’s still awed by the place she works and the people she works with. “There are lots of days when I have to take a step back to look at all the amazing things going on around us,” she says. “I like building a quality product and having a safe, reliable airplane for people to fly on and I love building things.”
