Treehouse is one of those many partners whose work is making a difference. “Our mission is giving foster kids a childhood and a future” says Dawn Rains, chief operating officer of Treehouse. “We really live at the intersection between the foster care system and the education system. We help to make sure that those two systems are working together and on the same page. There is no other organization providing these additional supports specifically to youth in foster care.”
