Keith Cooper is vice president of Training & Professional Services for Boeing Global Services. T&PS provides commercial, military and government training systems, services and support; logistics information management systems; and infrastructure support services to customers worldwide. Cooper is responsible for high-quality, efficient and repeatable delivery of products and services, as well as the innovation and technical development for advanced service offerings to the customer. He also serves on the board of Tapestry Solutions Inc., and Aviation Training International Ltd.
Cooper has more than 30 years of progressive domestic and international experience in leading high technology, diverse product and service companies in rapid expansion. Most recently, he served as a senior vice president for Army and Marine Corps services at Cubic Global Defense. There, he was responsible for 61 programs across the United States, Asia and Europe, including three of the largest simulation centers within the Department of Defense.
Prior to that role, Cooper spent several years at Raytheon, holding senior positions in business development, logistics and operations. Prior to joining Raytheon, he served as an Infantryman in the Army for 26 years, retiring as a Colonel.
Cooper holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from West Point, a Master of Science in Mathematics from the Colorado School of Mines, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University.
Cooper, who is also a pilot, received his Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate in 2003 and is a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight, an organization providing free transportation for those who are in a time-critical, non-emergency situation due to medical conditions.
