Ramki Ramaswamy is the vice president of Information Technology & Data Analytics Business Partner for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. In this role, he is responsible for partnering with the Commercial Airplanes leadership team to envision and implement the business unit’s digital strategy, execute the IT long-range business plan and develop innovative solutions to ensure successful execution of the Commercial Airplanes business plan.
Before joining Boeing in 2021, Ramaswamy was the vice president for IT, Technology & Integrations for JetBlue. Ramaswamy led the airline’s global development, data science and engineering, architecture, quality assurance, development and operations, and cloud infrastructure teams. He and his teams focused on helping the airline increase current and capture new revenue; streamline operations; and manage cybersecurity risk using new technologies such as cloud, big data, machine learning, artificial intelligence and agile business practices.
Before JetBlue, Ramaswamy served in various leadership roles overseeing technology initiatives at J.D. Power, Standard & Poor’s Equity Research and Citigroup Global Wealth Management.
Ramaswamy has a bachelor’s degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
