Wendy Lonergan is Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) vice president and Business Success leader for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. In this role, she is responsible for partnering with the Commercial Airplanes leadership team to envision and implement the business unit’s digital strategy solutions. She also leads product delivery for manufacturing, quality, sales and marketing. Lonergan serves as a member of the leadership teams for the CIO as well as the President and CEO of BCA.

For more than 29 years, she has held positions of increasing responsibility across Boeing’s IT portfolio including IT operations, infrastructure, strategic sourcing, governance, business operations, large scale program management, and application development.

Lonergan has a proven track record for strong delivery, building cross-functional teams, quickly identifying areas of opportunity and saving hundreds of millions of dollars, while creating infrastructure, application and platform service solutions.

Most recently, Lonergan was vice president of Corporate Business Partner and Strategic Programs for Boeing’s IT&DA function. In this capacity, she was accountable for defining and driving the overall technology strategy and delivery for Boeing’s global corporate products (Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, Communications, Gov Ops, and Sustainability) as well as the overall program management of Boeing’s enterprise digital strategy and execution.

Previously, Lonergan was senior director of Application Infrastructure Services and Portfolio Leader for Boeing’s Global IT Infrastructure Services team where she led financial planning, strategic sourcing, data center modernization, asset utilization, cloud program strategy and execution, automation, service and product management.

She has also served as the Southern California IT Site Executive and Executive Co-leader of Boeing’s IT Diversity & Inclusion Council.

Lonergan earned a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Management and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management.
