Shanth Singh is a mechanical engineer who says he’s finding a world of growth and opportunity within the Boeing Company.

As an undergraduate studying mechanical engineering, Shanth began a series of internships with Boeing in 2016, experiencing NASA's Space Launch System, the CH-47 Chinook, and various commercial airplane programs.

After graduating from Drexel University, he joined Boeing full-time in a rotational program offering early-career professionals exposure to the many opportunities available within the company.

“There are very few companies that would allow you to test out different things, see what you like in terms of engineering, the product, the team, and location,” says Shanth.

Currently, Shanth is on a one-year assignment in the Seattle area as Chief of Staff to Boeing chief engineer, Greg Hyslop.

Shanth says at Boeing innovation is more than materials and products “Innovation is a mindset.”
