Only registered users of the system may receive access to the personal information of data subjects from within Avature. Personal information is not shared outside the list of registered users (full licensed user, or registered Hiring Manager user)of the system. Avature will be integrated with HiredScore upon completion of HiredScore implementation. Avature will pass candidate profile information to HiredScore for purposes of evaluating candidates for potential invitation to apply to Boeing jobs. |

The personal information may be used by business processes based in every country in which Boeing has HR operations.
The personal information will be stored in any location where Avature has server facilities, which are maintained in numerous countries around the world. Primary data storage is in the United States with backup facilities in numerous locations.

If a deletion is requested by the data subject, or the data subject fails to respond to an annual data privacy notification and consent request, the personal information, then the record containing Personal Data will be deleted. Additionally, periodic purges of personal information are performed to remove information for data subjects who have no activity for two or more years. |
