the purposes of
processing personal data in this activity? |
The personal information will be used to manage and execute Boeing coordinated international, domestic, and virtual events, as well as (when utilized for the event) to display on a mobile device platform, or a mobile application. To include, but not limited to: Boeing conferences, summits, supplier engagement events, industry conferences, virtual webcasts, webinars, and livestreaming; and internal meetings. This information will also be used to provide general periodic communication on key business topics; and invitations to future business events. If a photographic image and/or audiovisual recording is taken (i.e. your image, likeness, voice, name, and identity in the images, photographs, films, videos, and audio recordings, in whole or in part, in any media and with or without distortion, (collectively, the “Works”); it will be used for internal purposes documenting the event, information flow down about the event; provided to the attendee for their business purpose; used in social media communication related to the event (note: photo release form acknowledgment is required). |

The recipients of the personal information in this activity will include: Boeing focals (such as, but not limited to: Boeing event planning organization, Boeing hosts, Boeing Security & Fire Protection; Boeing Communications and Supply Chain focals) and event partners (ie. hotel, restaurant, transportation company, event hosts and partners, etc.). The information is shared only when required for logistical planning purposes and for the safety and security of all guests; and for business communication and invitation purposes. In addition, when a mobile application is implemented for the event, the data subject will be able to view their own personal agenda and travel details as well as the event attendee list (to potentially include photo, organization and title). Note: the data subject must opt in to have their information included on the attendee list version that is made available to other attendees via visibility in the registration system. |

The personal information is primarily processed in the USA, but will potentially be processed in any country in which we are organizing an event.
The personal information will be stored in the United States.

will the personal data be retained by this activity? |
The personal data collected for all purposes in the registration tools, Certain, Salesforce and Vimeo will be retained in accordance with the company Records and Information Management (RIM) requirements for a period of six years after the event date for audit purposes and then it will be deleted. Additionally, the information will be incorporated into the executive contact profile, and retained in accordance with RIM guidance. |
