This survey will collect applicant responses related to their experience during the hiring process up through the interview process and prior to an offer being made.
The purpose of the survey is to identify how we can improve interviewing processes, attract talent to the company, and find ways we can help inspire change in the organization.
Applicant responses will be combined with other organizational information about the manager and recruiter, and used to generate reports that will be reported in aggregate (containing no applicant individual information). The reports will be used to inform Boeing management and Global Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and practices.
The purpose of the association of the aggregate candidate responses to the hiring manager and recruiter is to deliver information and training to them to improve their processes. |
