The personal information will be used as identification to access the Total Brain platform and conduct training exercises. In addition, personal data will be used for statistical analysis, aggregate reporting and scoring methodology to measure brain activity, refer to additional Boeing programs and improve baseline for the individual and company. A voluntary assessment is taken by employees to address and identify potential risks pertaining to depression, anxiety, stress, social connectivity, resilience and conscious bias. |
