This survey is voluntary. Individuals that do not consent to provide their responses are not required to provide them. No decisions will be made about a specific individual based upon the results or responses from this survey. Respondents can contact employeesurveys@boeing.com with questions.
Individuals will be surveyed several times over the life of this project, and survey responses for an individual will be linked over time using their self-disclosed BEMSID. The personal demographic data collected from survey participants will allow for more detailed trend and between-group statistical analysis over the dimensions of ethnicity, veteran status, work location, and business unit. Ethnicity and Veteran status are only requested from U.S. persons. These analyses will allow Boeing to assess the effectiveness of the Seek, Speak, and Listen program.
In addition, The ELOR team aims to leverage the AI/Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing capabilities of the Enterprise Data & AI Platform(Dataiku) to generate actionable insights, perform predictive analytics, and develop capabilities to enhance the overall employee experience at Boeing. |
