What is the purpose of processing personal data in this activity? Work email addresses of training customers are used to send them a survey.
What is the legal basis for processing personal data in this activity? Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which The Boeing Company is subject.
Is the data subject (the person to whom the data relates) required to provide personal information for this processing activity, and what would be the possible consequences of failing to do so? Provision of personal information for this processing activity is required.  The opinions of the attendee would not get aggregated into reports. We would not be able to meet our legal obligations of collecting course feedback.
Who are the recipients of the personal data in this activity? We are not collecting personal customer information. The data we are collecting is used by Training Solutions commercial teams: data analytics, training campus, flight and maintenance training teams.
In what countries will the personal data be processed? The data we collect is be used in the countries where Boeing has a training campus.

Survey responses are stored in the United States

How long will the personal data be retained by this activity? Qualtrics determines their retention and fileshare/SQL Datatabase retention will be five years
