Personal Information: Participants full name, Boeing email address and BEMSID are gathered from WSSO during the user session. Completion data is shared with Degreed and Degreed shares that information with Boeing who uses it in L&D analytics dash boards. |

Skillsoft Percipio is a platform that allows Boeing employees to access online courses. For some courses, employees will be provided with Digital Badges or Certification that can be shared on other platforms. The personal information is used to customize the experience for a user and to create aggregate summary data/statistics to improve the learning experience. |

The data will be retained at least during the period of employment. The data subject has control over the retention of their data with Skillsoft Percipio over the length of contract with Skillsoft. If an employee separates from the company, the user will loose all access to Skillsoft. If Boeing terminates contract with Skillsoft, Skillsoft will make all data available to the client for a period of 30 days after contract termination, before data is destroyed. |
