What are the purposes of processing personal data in this activity? There are two primary use cases for the system data Primarily, the data is aggregated and analyzed for possible process improvements, or areas of more training needs at a department level. Second, from time to time this data is used to justify corrective action or personal improvement plans for individuals. This second use is where PII is a concern. In addition, this data may be used to justify decisions of salary, job role, or performance bonuses. Eric Fletcher said that DPARs 7840, 7839 & 7794 look at the same data.
