The learner provides personal info (name & business email and/or personal email for registration) to Learnworlds to register for an online course. Upon completion and successful assessment, Learnworlds will send completion record to a middleware provider, Zapier, which in turn processes the completion record and transfers it to the third-party educational provider Credly to issue the digital credential (badge) to the participant. |

will the personal data be retained by this activity? |
Each December, BGLI Admin reviews and notifies the users whose accounts are greater than 365 days inactive. By December 10, of each year, if the user does not indicate/notify that the access is still needed, the user will be removed. By December 11, of each year, the BGLI Administrator purges all identified inactive accounts, updates the account purge log, and stores the log on the BGLI SharePoint site. |
