The intention of personal data usage in this activity is to obtain work permits, visas and residence permits for Boeing employees who are tasked with working in Poland. Boeing outsource our Immigration services so this is simply an additional vendor to be included to an existing process and statement of work. |

Boeing vendor/service provider (once onboarded) Polish Government - for review/issuance of work permits and visas according to the Boeing company needs and SOW. Immigration Specialist (HR employee) - tasked with co-ordinating the processing of work permit. |

The Personal information will be used by business processes based in Poland.
The Personal information will be stored on internal Boeing drives in Germany and locally on HR files in Poland for the duration of employment.

Shall verify with the vendor what their retention policy is. From the Boeing side, the data will only be stored until it is wiped via a Spirion scan. |
