Personal Information:

Name, first name, date of birth, employee number, job title, number of days/weeks and last day of incapacity for work, working time, employment relationship, degree of disability/equal status, accidents at work, work and health status, causes of incapacity for work, documentation of history and results of measures taken.

 

What is the purpose of processing personal data in this activity? The personal data will be used to conduct the reintegration management of long term absent employees (Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement).
What is the legal basis for processing personal data in this activity? The data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.
