Q: What Boeing products are associated with your company?

A: PSI Solutions provides products that support the KC-46A, AWAC, P-8A, AEW&C, Autonomous Systems (Insitu), B1-B and all BCA programs.

Q: What has been the proudest moment in your company?

A: Although COVID-19 greatly impacted our bottom line, we did not lay off a single team member. Our prior investments in tools and processes insured we did not miss a single day of operations during the mandated shutdown and the ensuing months of pandemic-related challenges. Guided by our published Core Values and AS9120B quality system, we were able to continuously serve our customers, who hold us to a very high standard of operation.

Q: How do you incorporate technology and innovation into your company?

A: As the two-way communications conduit between the supplier and customer, we are continuously innovating ways to improve our customer’s experience and supplier effectiveness. Using modern CRM and our custom-built ERP tools, we can supply the historic context, monitor a programs progress, and optimize communication between all parties facilitating success.

A: We have a culture of creativity, self-discipline, freedom, and responsibility. Our employees have flourished in this environment and respond with their best efforts. We have fun as a team and together, we help each other be great.
