Australia Graduate Programme (AUSG)

In our Australia Graduate Programme (AUSG), recent university graduates will learn interpersonal, technical and leadership skills. This two-year development program will encourage you to explore a variety of roles and programs across our company and prepare you for the next step in your career.

The AUSG is offered in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Amberley and Williamtown. Candidates must have legal authorisation to work in Australia. For Boeing Defence Australia roles, candidates must be an Australian citizen. The programme offers rotations in these areas:

Continental Europe Graduate Program (EUG)

This two-year program is designed to help you develop key skills and gain experience that will help you grow your career. Created for recent university graduates and early-career professionals, the program consists of four, six-month rotations across different functions of our company.

The EUG is offered at three locations in Germany: Neu-Isenburg, Norderstedt/Ulzburg and Munich. Candidates must have authorization to work in the European Union. Program offers rotations in these areas:

As part of the Engineering Career Foundation Program (ECFP), you’ll develop your engineering skills as well as leadership abilities. This two-year program is designed to challenge you while you rotate through four, six-month assignments. Upon completion, you’ll have acquired skills across a breadth of disciplines that will help position you for success.

The ECFP is offered in the U.S., UK, India and Australia. The program offers rotations in these areas:

Finance Career Foundation Program (FCFP)

The Finance Career Foundation Program (FCFP) is a two-year rotational program designed to accelerate finance professional development. This challenging and exciting program is comprised of four, six-month rotation assignments where you’ll sharpen your technical skills and gain exposure across our business portfolios. In your second year, you’ll physically relocate twice, through company-sponsored relocation, to obtain a deeper understanding of our U.S. production sites.

UK Apprenticeship Programme (UKA)

The United Kingdom Apprenticeship Programme is a two- to four-year program aimed at helping early-career candidates gain industry knowledge and qualifications, whilst also receiving training for company-specific placements. Apprenticeships can be formed in any business function and levels range from Advanced Level 3 to Degree Levels 6–7.

The UKA placements are offered in Boscombe Down, Bristol, Crawley, Cardiff, RAF Brize Norton, RAF Lossiemouth, RAF Odiham, RAF Wattisham, Sheffield and Westminster. Candidates must have legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom. Apprenticeship programmes are offered in the following areas:
