This phase focuses on the key topics of pay and benefits. Teams from Boeing and the union will hold formal discussions, pass proposals and counterproposals at the bargaining table as we work toward reaching a deal.
At the conclusion of negotiations, Boeing will present the union with a comprehensive contract offer.
Union leaders will determine the time and location for the vote. The union is also in charge of counting the votes and announcing the result.
