Jesus “Jay” Malave

Jay Malave is the chief financial officer of The Boeing Company and executive vice president of Finance. Appointed to this role in August 2025, Malave leads Boeing's financial strategy, performance, reporting and long-range business planning, as well as investor relations, treasury, controller and audit operations. Malave is a member of the company’s Executive Council.
Malave was most recently CFO of Lockheed Martin, where he was responsible for oversight of all internal and external financial reporting, investor relations and played a key role in the development of the corporation’s strategic growth plan and the evaluation, execution and integration of mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to Lockheed Martin, Malave held the positions of senior vice president and CFO at L3Harris Technologies. He previously spent more than 20 years at United Technologies Corporation and Pratt & Whitney, including serving as vice president and CFO of Carrier Corporation when it was an operating unit of UTC, and vice president and CFO at UTC Aerospace Systems. He began his professional career as a compliance analyst at the Department of Labor.
Malave earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Connecticut, a master's in accounting from the University of Hartford and a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
