Boeing today announced the deployment of its Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) Learning Library with its first U.S.-based flight school, California Aeronautical University, marking a significant step in advancing pilot training and preparing the projected 674,000 pilots over the next 20 years.
The Boeing CBTA Learning Library provides pilot cadets with access to modern, competency-focused training content designed to strengthen foundational aviation knowledge, decision-making skills, threat and error management, and operational competencies aligned with industry best practices.

By integrating Boeing’s digital learning resources into the flight school’s curriculum, cadets will benefit from a structured learning experience that supports their progression from ab-initio training through advanced pilot development.
