Trevor Mustard, of Diamond Aircraft Industries Canada, James Matthews, Global Head of Distribution Sales, and Michael Dodge, head of Global Aviation at Bose, sign a new headset partnership.

Boeing Distribution, Bose and Diamond Aircraft Industries announced a five-year agreement at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, setting a new standard for pilot and passenger comfort. Under this partnership, Diamond Aircraft will outfit all new DA50 and DA62 aircraft deliveries with the premium Bose A30 Aviation Headset as a standard offering.

Why it matters: The deal expands the relationships between the three companies, reinforcing a shared commitment to quality, innovation and an unparalleled premium aviation experience.

Driving the news:

  • For 2026 and 2027, Diamond Aircraft expects to deliver approximately 25 aircraft per year.
  • As production scales to meet growing demand in 2028-2030, the company anticipates delivering approximately 35 aircraft annually, resulting in an estimated deployment of 70 Bose A30 Aviation Headsets per year.

What they’re saying:

  • “At Boeing Distribution, our goal is to connect our customers with the best technology and solutions available in the industry,” said Ritesh Agarwal, director, Strategy and Business Development, Boeing Global Services. “By partnering with Bose and Diamond Aircraft, we are ensuring that pilots and passengers experience the pinnacle of audio performance and comfort the moment they take flight in their new aircraft.”
  • “Pilots spend long hours in the cockpit, and a headset that reduces fatigue and keeps communication clear can change the whole experience of a flight,” said Michael Dodge, head of Global Aviation, Bose. “Making the A30 standard on the DA50 and DA62 means every pilot who steps into a new Diamond aircraft gets that comfort and clarity built in from day one.”
  • “Quality and the pilot experience are at the core of everything we do at Diamond Aircraft,” said Trevor Mustard, Diamond Aircraft Industries. “By including the Bose A30 as a standard feature in our DA50 and DA62 models, we are providing our customers with a premium, ready-to-fly solution that complements the sophisticated engineering of our aircraft.”
