Wall Street Journal names Boeing’s 401(k) among ‘America’s most generous’

A recent Wall Street Journal comparison of retirement benefits across major U.S. employers recognized Boeing for offering one of the most generous retirement benefit packages in the country.

Boeing’s retirement benefits are designed to help employees build long-term financial security and support their savings throughout their careers.

Benefits highlighted in the report:

  • Boeing matches 401(k) contributions up to 10% of eligible pay, compared with the average employer match of 4.7%. Only 6% of employers match more than 7%.
  • Boeing provides immediate 100% vesting of company 401(k) contributions.
  • Eligible employees paying down qualified student loans can still receive matching 401(k) contributions.
