I hereby irrevocably give and grant to The Boeing Company and its affiliated companies and their respective officers, employees, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns (collectively “Boeing”), all rights, title and interest in and to my written submission and photographic submission, if any, to the Boeing Story Sharing Site, and any other information obtained from me (collectively, the “Submission”). I acknowledge that my participation in the Boeing Story Sharing Site is voluntary and no consideration is required to give this release full force and effect. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I hereby:

1. authorize Boeing to use, edit, alter, adapt, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute the Submission, in whole or in part, including my image, likeness, name, and identity, in any media;
2. waive, release and discharge Boeing and all others from any and all claims I may now or later have (whether related to copyright, moral rights, rights of attribution or integrity, right of privacy, right of publicity, performer rights, tort, contract, statute or otherwise) by reason of Boeing’s or another’s use (whether or not merely internal to Boeing or another business entity), editing, altering, adapting, reproducing, publishing, displaying, and distributing (collectively, “Use”) of the Submission;
3. agree not to assert or attempt to exercise any ownership or other right or interest in the Submission;
4. waive any and all claims for compensation related to the Submission or any Use thereof;
5. waive any right to inspect or approve the Submission or any context in which it may appear; and
6. acknowledge and agree that Boeing will have the right to register the copyrights in the Submission and that Boeing, and others with Boeing’s consent, will have the right to use the Submission in any manner, at any time, and for any purpose whatsoever.

I represent and warrant that: I am eighteen years of age or older; this authorization and release does not in any way conflict with any existing commitments on my part; and the Submission is my original work of authorship and I have full right to grant this authorization and release without violating the rights of any third party.

Nothing contained herein will constitute any obligation on Boeing to make any use of the rights set forth herein. This authorization and release will be absolute and irrevocable and will extend to any and all organizations and persons authorized by Boeing relative to the Submission.
